Lomond Light

  • 'Lomond Light' is an original abstract landscape painting.

Part of my new 2018 collection of landscape paintings, it is created using a mix of techniques with layered acrylic paint to create texture and depth.

This painting is inspired by the Lomond Hills in Fife, Scotland where I spent hours exploring and dreaming during my childhood. This Scottish landscape art pulls you into an abstract world where you roam gently undulating hills and soft, springy moors under a fascinating sky.

Painted on canvas panel, this abstract landscape painting features a stunning array of colours, including metallic and iridescent paints, blue, teal, purple, magenta, green and copper.

The art is finished in a beautiful white tray frame.
