- This gorgeous wall stone is an original abstract painting created using a mix of techniques with layered acrylic paint to create texture. It is painted on a natural stone tile.
This small abstract artwork has such a striking colour palette including metallics, black, steel, silver, gold and copper, with plenty of the stone and its edges left visible.
The natural indentations and uneven edges of the stone all add to the finished character and beauty of this fabulous little painting.
I started my series of wall stones many years ago when I needed some small art for a small wall in a hallway. I wanted something different, and I loved the results so I created a range and sold them whenever I did a local art fair or trail. This is one of my last few wall stones and I'm making it available online for the first time. I just don't have time to make them anymore, so if you love it get it before it goes! ;-)
My wall stones work particularly well on small wall areas - hallways, landings, the downstairs WC, etc., or propped on a shelf or a mantelpiece, or on a small easel perhaps, ...
